His extensive experience covers nearly every facet of real estate—from urban infill and residential development to luxury home sales and 1031 exchange strategies.

Over the years, Grant has played a pivotal role in shaping Bay Area neighborhoods. He has led entitlement and redevelopment efforts for over 1,500 residential units across San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and San Jose. Landmark projects include San Francisco’s first vertical mixed-use residential and office development, the exclusive Pasadera golf course community in Monterey, and the new Quito Oaks estate neighborhood in Saratoga, where homes range from $8 to $11 million.

Together with his wife Robin, also a licensed Realtor®, Grant has restored and reimagined century-old homes in San Jose and Los Gatos, deepening his appreciation for historical architecture and craftsmanship. As a managing partner of two investment groups, he has also been instrumental in restoring iconic properties like the Coggeshall Mansion and Hayes Mansion.

Beyond residential and commercial development, Grant advises clients on 1031 exchange opportunities—helping them grow legacy wealth, optimize rental income, and reduce tax liabilities through strategic reinvestment. A longtime resident of Saratoga and Los Gatos, Grant is deeply connected to the community. All four of his children graduated from local high schools, and he remains actively engaged in the neighborhoods he serves.
